人生发展道路上，小学是一个非常重要的时期，该阶段教师的素质对学生发展水平的高低有着直接影响。作为传道授业解惑的教师，不仅应注重对学生知识的教授，更为重要的是在教学中培养学生健全的人格，在这一过程中，教师自身的高尚品德则显得尤为重要。本文从什么是小学教师身正之道师德的内涵意义出发，去探究小学教师加强身正之道的有效策略。
