    Abstract：

    随着中国城镇化进程从过去的“粗放式发展”进入“精细化运营”时代，城市更新的需求也在不断强化。未来我国的城市建设不再盲目追求规模扩张，城市发展将从外延扩张向内涵发展转变，城市更新需求巨大。本文以城市更新中存在的问题为切入点，对城市设计在城市更新中的相关措施进行了分析，以促进城市更新工作的科学开展，为城市居民的安居乐业提供保障。
