Abstract：

在科技综合发展的背景下，社会各部门的生产效率和质量也得到了全面提高，特别是在当前城市化进程中，人民生活水平更加优化。在经济建设和社会发展中，也存在着许多环境问题，如：近年来，雾霾和气候变暖问题，是环境污染造成的最直观的影响。目前，我国对环境污染治理的重视程度越来越高，也制定了相应的对策。
