目前，虽然我国的大型水利渠道项目的运营维护和管理机制正处于不断地进行改革创新，但是在实践操作过程中，水利渠道项目的运营维护和管理都会遇到许多的困难，容易给人造成一定的风险和安全隐患。本文将根据实践情况对水利渠道项目的运营维护与管理进行深入系统的研究与探讨，希望能够给读者提供一些意见建议。
