    市场经济快速发展的同时，法治社会建设进程逐渐加快，这为动产担保物权统一登记制度确立提供良好条件，同时，拓展了担保物权法编纂思路，为日后担保人合法权益保障提供有力依据。本文遵循问题总结、思路拓展、意义分析这一路线进行论题分析，旨在为相关人员提供借鉴，充分发挥担保物权法的实践作用。
