Abstract：

随着近年来我国经济的飞速发展，大众对于总体生活质量提出了更高的要求。越来越多的老旧房屋被拆迁，在这片土地上盖起了高楼大厦，打造极具现代化的居民建筑。但是由于某些原因，部分房屋不能进行拆迁重建，而是以旧翻新。因此，文章就以旧翻新房屋装修的优化原则进行了探讨。
