Abstract：
造价控制是建筑行业的重要内容，通过加强施工阶段的造价控制，对于整体工程而言，具有十分重要的意义。针对当前建筑工程企业在施工过程中存在的施工组织设计不完善、工程变更频繁、物资管理混乱等问题，开展考虑造价控制的建筑工程施工管理研究。
