    土建工程是一项工程的骨骼，后续各项专业为建筑工程增加了使用功能，使得建筑有血有肉，满足了使用要求，在后续各专业施工过程中，土建施工遗留的诸多问题，其实本可以避免，本文试着从后土建施工角度对土建施工提出相关建议，以期来避免后续施工的返工。
