    伴随着建筑工程施工技术水平的不断提升，装配式建筑的发展速度也越来越快，该种建筑的应用优势也越来越突出，主要体现在技术水平高、成本低、制约性因素少等多个方面。只有不断加强装配式施工技术在施工管理过程的应用才能将整个工程的质量大幅度提升，提高工程的施工效率。
