    Abstract：

    我国现阶段的水利水电项目建设施工情况来看，其相关数据测量容易受到技术、设备、自然环境、人员因素等多个方面的影响，致使最终的测量结果与真实数据之间存在较大的误差，从而使得水利水电工程的施工质量难以得到有效保障，导致安全隐患加剧。基于此，文章就水利水电工程中隧洞施工测量误差这一内容展开相关研究与分析，从而提出了相应的控制策略，期望进一步提高工程控制测量的实际效果。
