    Abstract：

    近年来我国地下轨道交通工程发展迅速，其中盾构法施工在地铁修建中扮演着重要角色。盾构机掘进过程中常有侧穿、下穿一些既有高层建筑物，其中不乏穿越桩基建筑物，盾构隧道施工时会对周围土体产生扰动，而引起建筑物桩基产生一定附加应力和位移。因此研究盾构隧道施工对临近既有桩基建筑物的影响具有重要的意义。
