Abstract：
农业是国家经济发展的重要基础，而土地则是农业发展的重要前提，若想促进农业经济的快速发展，实现农村经济结构的不断稳定，就要从根本上处理好土地的相关问题。当前，农村土地纠纷问题日益突出，主要表现为土地承包过程中的纠纷与土地征收而引发的纠纷。由于各种因素的影响，导致土地纠纷问题无法得到很好的解决，严重影响农村经济的正常发展。对此，本文就我国农村土地纠纷的解决机制进行分析与探讨。
