    Abstract：

    城镇化建设速度的加快，让我国建筑业获得了一定的发展机遇，人们对于建筑的要求越来越严格。而经济与科技的高速发展，也让BIM技术被广泛应用到建筑行业领域中，并取得了较好的应用效果，为建筑业带来了更多的效益。对此，众多建筑企业应了解BIM对行业发展的益处，将其运用到实际建设中，解决当下阻碍BIM技术发展的因素，以此保障建筑行业的稳定发展。基于此，本文阐述了BIM技术发展的影响因素，并探究建筑业BIM发展的对策，希望能够为大家带来一些参考。
