    虚拟现实技术能够通过人与电子设备的连接，对人体的视觉、听觉和触觉感官进行刺激，做到实时动态仿真交互模拟。虚拟现实技术凭借其卓越的优势，被应用到各个行业领域。本文将论述虚拟现实技术的“3I”特点以及应用领域，并围绕虚拟现实技术在城市规划及土木工程中的应用展开探究。
