    基于全球化经济发展背景下，我国建筑工程行业建设发展要与时俱进，跟上时代前进的脚步。混凝土施工技术的应用水平高低直接会影响到建筑工程的整体质量，针对此各个建筑施工单位必须加强对施工人员的专业培训工作，促使他们能够提升自身的业务能力和综合素质，能够履行好自身的职责，熟练掌握运用好各项混凝土施工技术，全面提升建筑工程施工质量。
