    Abstract：

    本文针对灌注桩后注浆施工技术在建筑工程施工中的应用，采用理论结合实践的方法，先分析了灌注桩后注浆施工技术原理，接着探讨了此项技术在建筑工程施工中的应用要点，最后提出应用灌注桩后注浆施工技术时的几点注意事项。分析结果表明，灌注桩后注浆施工技术具有施工速度快，成桩质量好等优势，应用在建筑工程施工中能够满足建筑工程基础承载力、稳定性和绿色施工的要求，值得推广应用。
