    Abstract：

    随着我国城市发展，城乡规划体系日趋完善，国土空间规划、双评价体系等有序推进。控制性详细规划属于承上启下的中间层次规划，它是城市建设重要的审批依据。论文以昆明市空港经济区板桥-西冲片区控制性详细规划及城市设计为例，阐述了城市设计与控制性详细规划互为补充与提升的关系，并结合具体分析，说明了城市设计对控规支撑与引导的切入点。
