    换位思考是人们的一种心里感受过程,同时也是人们将心比心,达到理解不可或缺的心里体系.在小学阶段的教学途中,小学班主任工作要增强换位思考的运用,善于从学生视角探析问题、考量问题,积极引领学生们一同体验、感知以及学习,进而提升小学班主任的工作有效性.
