    Abstract：

    从事特殊教育教学的教师,因为面对的是在智能、体能和心理等方面存在一些缺陷的孩子,所以其自身的道德素养以及职业素养,相比于一般学校的教师的要求更高.正是基于这样的认识,本文准备初步探索如何在新时代环境下加强特教教师的职业道德素养等问题,目的是保障特教教师不忘初心,扎根特教岗位,促进特教事业健康发展.
