Abstract：
随着社会经济日新月异的发展,我国的教育教学制度也在不断地完善.近几年来,新课改力度的加强让初中数学教学工作在一定程度上取得了不错的成果,学生的核心素养也有了近一步的提高.在新时代背景下,教师应该与时俱进,不断丰富自身的教学理念,积极构建数学高效课堂.本文简要介绍了初中数学的基本素养,并对如何构建高效的数学课堂提出了可行性建议.
