    为了促进我国高职院校的教育发展,国家也是提出了双高计划的建设目标.在双高计划建设背景下,职业院校想要实现有效发展,教师团队的建设至关重要,特别是青年教师团队,其作为高职院校持续发展和教育改革的中坚力量,他们的综合素养水平直接关系到教育工作开展的成效.下面,文章就主要针对双高计划建设背景下青年教师团队的建设进行分析,希望对相关工作的开展提供参考.
