技工学校课程教学体系创新和改革工作正在有条不紊的进行.专业教师要将理论教学和实训教学之间的关系进行合理的平衡,切实培养学生的动手操作的能力和核心素养.技工学校应当和企业开展更多的合作,进行一体化课程探索工作,才能切实提高电气拖动理实一体化课程教学的效率.在本文中,将重点针对如何在电力拖动理实一体化课程探索的过程中提高校企合作水平,同时提出具体的策略.
