自邓小平"教育要面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来"的题词到目前三十余年,三十年来,我国综合国力有了很大的增强,国际地位与影响力明显提高.我国高等教育也在这个过程中得到了蓬勃发展,不断为社会主义现代化建设输送大批优秀人才.党的十八大以来,我国进入了中国特色社会主义新时代,全社会对人才的需求有增无减.
