Abstract：
在新课改的教育背景下,初中语文课堂的教学过程中,老师越来越注重培养学生的核心素养.每个人的兴趣爱好不同,接受能力也不同,这样造成了学生学习的基础和学习能力在同年级中会有不一样的层面,学生在学习初中语文的时候也会遇到不同的困难,为了帮助每个学生的发展和进步,教师应考虑每个学生的实际水平,考虑学生的教学需求,通过进行分层教学,提升学生的语文能力.
