Abstract：
英语作为最主要的学科之一,在学生们的学习和成长过程中扮演着非常重要的角色.所以作为初中英语老师,在学生们进行阅读和写作教学的过程中,要不断地创新教学模式,并且制定合理有效的教学计划来提升学生们英语兴趣,从而提高学生们的英语写作和阅读能力.老师还要根据每个学生不同的学习差异去进行专业的教学指导和分析,这样才可以有效提高每个学生的阅读和写作能力.
