    Abstract：

    目前,我国的互联网建设的发展迅速,在互联网时代背景下,关于网络发生的侵权纠纷越来越多.网络证据的保全公证对于司法审判具有重要的作用,由于目前法律法规及公证体制自身的不完善,导致网络证据保全公证的效力难以得到真正实现,在司法裁判过程当中常常出现风险.因此,探讨、分析网络证据保全公证的风险与防范措施就显得十分必要,下文展开具体的分析.
