    Abstract：

    多元文化教育是在文化育人的基础上,提倡将多元文化融入学科教学中的一种创新模式.可以为国家和社会培养在个体发展视野上呈现更多元、更包容的优秀人才.只有对新事物具有包容性,才能不断从中学习以提高自身.所以多元文化教育具有综合性、多样性、发展性的特点.在小学音乐教学中渗透多元文化教育,让学生接触到不同的音乐文化,可以有效拓宽学生的视野,增长见识,并促进学生综合素养的全面发展.
