Abstract：
作为一名语文教师的我,力求每次都写好学生的作文评语,以激励为主,鼓励为辅,这样使学生有了成功的喜悦,从而激发了学生的写作兴趣.每个学生都有其不同的特点和性格,作为教师写出能让学生心悦诚服的评语,才能充分发挥作文评语的指导作用.更能让老师与学生心与心贴近,尤其班主任是语文老师的话,对于有波动的孩子这更是一个恰当的交流平台.
