    Abstract：

    现阶段,社会对人才需求扩大同时,对人才要求也在不断提升,需要人才德智体美劳全面发展,因此在高校人才培养过程中,需要设置相应的人才培养目标,重视学生的身体素质、个性品德以及足球技能等,学生在不同要素之间的差异性是存在的,在足球选修课教学中,教师需要注重差异性,使用分层目标教学法,针对性教学,具体问题具体分析,保证学生在自身基础上不断提高和发展.本文通过对分层教学法在高校足球选修课中的运用进行分析,使用相应的研究方式,对分层教学法的应用效果进行探讨,促进高校足球选修课的顺利开展.
