    Abstract：

    大数据时代为法学案例教学提出了新的挑战,也带来新的机遇.目前法学案例教学法存在案例教学设计、案例教学开展以及案例教学评价等方面的不足.针对法学案例教学法存在的问题,应当充分利用案例数据平台与信息化的教学工具,对传统的案例教学法进行完善与优化,进行立体化的案例教学设计、互动式的案例教学模式与多层次的案例教学评价.
