Abstract：
新时代的到来,国家对于教育行业的关注程度逐渐提升.尤其是在新课程改革标准的背景之下,以人为本的教学理念提出对教师也给予了更高的要求,同时要求教师能够正确的认识到学生在学习过程之中的地位,尊重学生个性化发展.因此,小学语文班主任在管理之上一定要进行创新,更好的设计出符合学生的管理模式.
