加快建立基于地方的我国大学生在校就业市场公共服务管理体系,首先就是要建立健全负责大学生就业市场服务的公共事业管理部门体系,明确就业服务管理设置与管理职责,其次就是要坚持建立与不断完善我国大学生在校就业市场公共服务管理体系各个部的子系统,加强就业公共服务机构人才队伍体系建设,发展各类多元化的介绍服务机构,加快推进大学生在校就业公共综合信息网络服务平台体系建设.
