Abstract：
班主任作为班级的直接管理者,在新理念背景下,需要革新教育管理理念.而初中时期的学生,正处在青春期,行为意识难免会出现偏差,为班主任的教育管理工作带来一定的难度.这就需要班主任应用行之有效的方法,对学生进行管理和教育.并且,要充分尊重和理解学生,与之建立良好的关系,才会使教育管理工作顺利的展开,并体现出教育管理工作的艺术性.
