Abstract：
中学阶段的班主任见证了学生从童年期到青春期的重大转变,在这一过程中,班主任对于学生而言不仅仅是一名师长,更是成长道路上的指路人.因此身为班主任,必须要明确各人的职责,在教学工作开展过程中努力做好自己的本职工作,为学生创造更加有意义的学习体验.本文将以语文教师班主任为例,探讨如何在语文教学的过程中渗透班主任的管理教育.
