Abstract：
教师想要在初中教学中有效地实施分层教学模式提升整体学生的学习水平,首先要转变自身的教学观念,践行生本理念,让一切的教学活动以学生的实际能力发展为主.除此之外,教师的分层教学要全面而充分,除了在课堂教学以外,还要深入学生的课后作业布置中.通过这样全面性的分层教学安排,可以有针对性地提升不同能力水平学生的学习效果,进而促进整体水平的提升.
