Abstract：
随着社会经济的发展,人们的生活水平在不断提高,人们的教育观念也相应的发生了改变,社会公众对学生的身体素质的要求也在不断提升,提升中专体育教学效率就非常有必要,要想提升中专体育教学效果,就必须提升体育教学的趣味性,促使更多的学生参与到体育学习中,使得学生能够体会到体育的魅力,进而促使学生在日常生活中主动参与到体育锻炼中,提升学生的身体素质.
