    本文通过文献梳理出"胜任力"模型的基本概念和基本理论,在深入分析双师型素质教师的基础上,总结分析出目前高职院校学前教育专业"双师型"教师存在的问题.构建高职院校学前教育专业"双师型"教师胜任力模型.
