Abstract：
阶梯辅导是借鉴"最近发展区""靶向学习"理论,确立"大辅导"观点,实现了心理、知识、能力、品德等智力因素、非智力因素的"全视域辅导".重构了师生学习互动关系何学生学科辅导体系,将"因材施教""个性化学习"深度落实,有效解决了学生课业辅导碎片化、知识链接断裂的问题,激活学生学习内驱动力.
