Abstract：
随着技工院校教学改革力度的不断加大,人社部要求对学生进行以综合职业能力为目标的培养.技工院校教学应该运用多元化的教学方式,以典型工作任务为载体、以学生为中心、以工作过程为导向,使学生能够在工作中学习知识和技能,加快实现从学生到劳动者的角色转换.本文就技工院校"一体化"教学模式的探索与实践做出简要分析.
