    温州市城中村改造房屋鉴定工作根据各年段地形图开展，其中84年和94年段的部分区域存在有原始航片但没有线划图的情况，拆迁相关部门可委托具备资质的测绘院对历史航片在多源空间信息处理平台恢复模型进行数字化成图。
