    Abstract：

    随着我国社会的迅速发展，我国装配式建筑行业的发展有了很大的进步。城市化与工业化进程的加快，使我国可利用土地资源被快速消耗，但社会对住房以及装配式建筑空闽的需求始终处于高速上涨状态，因此，我国逐步提高装配式建筑的空间利用效率，以提升装配式建筑高度的方式来满足社会对装配式建筑空间的需求，从而不断建设大量装配式建筑。
