    Abstract：

    随着国民经济结构的不断调整，EPC工程总承包模式将成为我国未来建设领域的发展趋势。当前都在大力推广并扶持EPC工程总承包模式。然而，EPC工程总承包模式在我国起步比较晚，在管理经验方面有一定欠缺，尤其是EPC模式的施工管理经验。因此，对EPC工程总承包项目的施工管理的研究迫在眉睫。
