    EPC总承包模式是我国基础设施、公共建设等市政工程项目中普遍运用的一种模式。本文章以市政工程项目为探讨目标，详细地阐述了EPC总承包模式的特征，并从决定、招标、投标等环节分析，我国市政工程项目的现状和发展趋势，根据所存在的问题提出了优化策略，希望可以为相关研究提供参考。
