    Abstract：

    在城市化建设新时期，区域之间土地资源利用矛盾突出，有效处理二者的矛盾，能实现土地资源的合理配置，加快城市化发展进程。城市规划与土地资源利用矛盾并不是不能有效控制的，要制定针对性的协调措施，高效化利用区域土地资源，加速现代化城市发展建设。基于此，本文将对城市规划与土地利用总体规划的协调进行分析。
