    老旧小区改造工作在城市化建设中具有重要地位，其能够对城市面貌及群众生活质量产生直接影响。因此为加强老旧小区改造科学性，本文从公共管理的视域出发，并通过实际调查对老旧小区改造的规划管理进行研究，以期可以为相关人员开展工作提供可靠依据。
