    Abstract：

    在城镇化建设过程中，农村治理需要关注土地问题。目前土地资源利用和管理不够科学与规范，经常出现居民在拆迁过程中与地方政府发生纠纷的现象，不利于推进城镇化建设。根据城镇化中农村土地管理现状，找出其中存在的问题，并提出有效的解决措施，希望能够为有关部门提供建议，助推城镇化建设步伐加快。
