Abstract：

新教材、新理念向广大历史老师提出了严峻的挑战。教师们深感课改的重要性，都渴望在改革中脱胎换骨，以崭新的姿态出现，在课改中大显身手。但在具体的历史教学中，往往难以把握自己，摆脱不了旧方式、旧形象的束缚，教学效果不理想。如何走出这种困境呢？本人认为正确处理好教学中的“收”“放”艺术，可以解决这一问题。
