校本研修是以学校为单位,以学校需求以及教育思想为重点,针对教师开展的培训工作,它能够有效的提升教师的教学能力以及专业素养.由于农村小学与城市学校师资力量、教学资源、教学环境等都有明显的差距,因为农村小学的校本研修还有待优化、改革.本文以农村小学校本研修为主要研究方向,深入研究了能切实提升校本研修有效性的策略.
