    本文首先从冗员问题和人才素质较低以及激励机制不足三个方面分析了目前电力企业职工队伍建设中存在的问题,而后提出了优化电力企业职工队伍建设的相应措施,以期为我国电力企业的职工队伍建设工作提供有建设性的参考.
