近年来,跨境电商正在成为中国外贸发展的主力增长点,企业人才需求、待遇也将会不断提高.本文基于技工院校跨境电商专业创新创业市场评估和优势分析,结合学校创新创业教育实践,提出了对跨境电商专业创新创业人才培养的几点建议.
